International Shipping Products

1.1. Purchase Policy

All products available on Justkings are shipped directly from our suppliers abroad (Switzerland, Sweden, the United States, and China) to the address provided at the time of purchase. Delivery takes between 3 to 9 weeks (on average after the product is posted), depending on the location. Shipping is carried out within up to 7 business days after payment confirmation in our system.

Orders made via bank slip take 1 to 3 days to confirm payment in our system.

We guarantee a tracking code for the customer to follow the delivery progress of their order.

Note: In certain cases, the delivery time may be extended by a few more business days due to delays, strikes, holidays, high demand periods at the post office, and other situations beyond the store’s control.

The store guarantees delivery of the order and takes full responsibility for refunding the full amount paid for products lost or stolen during delivery. All products are shipped with insurance against loss and free online tracking, so your product delivery is 100% guaranteed.

1.2. Insured Shipping

"If the product is delayed and not delivered within 70 business days of posting, excluding cases beyond the store's control, the full amount paid will be 100% refunded on that date."

Note: You may receive more than one package, as your products may come from different suppliers. So if you receive one item first and another later, don’t worry — this is completely normal.

1.3. Order Tracking

The products will be shipped by Post Office or another carrier, and there will always be a Tracking Code that allows the customer to monitor the delivery progress. Justkings commits to instructing the customer on how to track the products. The tracking code will be sent to your email as soon as it becomes available to Justkings.

The tracking code is usually provided within 3 to 9 business days after payment is confirmed.

The tracking code may take 5 to 10 days to begin displaying shipment updates on the Correios website.

General Conditions (Attention)

2.1. Addressing of Orders

Justkings will ship the products to the address provided by the customer. Therefore, to avoid delivery issues, please double-check the shipping address when placing your order.

2.2. Absent Recipient

Make sure someone is present at the address to receive the products. Correios will attempt delivery three times. If no one is available to receive the order, the package will be taken to the nearest Post office branch. In that case, the recipient must pick up the order at the post office within 7 calendar days. If the package is not collected, it will be returned to the sender, and a new shipping fee will be required for re-delivery.

All delivery attempts, as well as the address of the Correios branch for pickup, will be noted in the order tracking, which can be accessed using the tracking code provided.

2.3. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Lustracenter is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. In these cases, Post office will return the package to the sender, and no new delivery attempts will be made to that address.

If the delivery cannot be completed due to address issues caused by the customer, the customer is not entitled to a refund and will need to pay a new shipping fee (shipping cost + Post office fee) for the product to be resent.
